Program Overview

The GO FLAG FOOTBALL program was founded in 2022 and is in its 3rd year of operation.  The GO FLAG FOOTBALL program is operated by Jessica Santana, who oversees all aspects of the program.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to establish a CULTURE that grows and develops female flag football players while providing them with a positive football experience.  We encourage commitment, dedication, hard work, and discipline both on and off the field.  We believe in building confidence, integrity, leadership, and responsibility while also providing these ladies with a team/organization/family where they will feel safe and encouraged.

Player Expectations

All our players are responsible for their own actions.  We expect the girls to take pride in their team and represent the GO FLAG FOOTBALL organization to the highest standard.  Players are expected to act in a professional manner while following the rules.  As a player, each time you step on the field is an opportunity to become a better player and person.  Respect your teammates and coaches.  Throughout the season, we will have highs and lows that will test a player’s resolve, staying positive and supporting your teammates is crucial to the overall success of the team and the program.
